Individual half day, full day and weekend retreats are an opportunity to deepen any aspect of yoga, meditation, creative movement, inquiry you wish. They can be indoor or outdoor, live or on zoom or a mix. My teacher Shobhan Richard Faulds used to remind us that regular practice coupled with a retreat once or twice a year is ideal for growth and transformation.
